2003 Sauvignon Blanc, Santa Ynez Valley (60 cases produced)

We bring you another new wine that is very limited in production. These grapes became available to us at the last minute and we jumped at the chance to produce such quality from the Royal Oaks vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. The true essential Sauvignon Blanc is the result. Crisp melons, lemons, limes with hints of peaches and apricots coming through. Strictly produced in Stainless Steel makes the wine pure and unaltered except for gentle fining and racking off the lees (sediment). Drink now and enjoy for the summer. Wonderful for drinking chilled on a hot afternoon. Sip by the pool with light cheeses, fresh veggies, and chilled shrimp. Excellent match to lighter seafood and poultry dishes.
