Bartlett - Established 1884 in New York City

2004 Riesling, Santa Barbara County

We found a well matured vineyard in Los Alamos for these grapes. We found immediately the intense fruit would be very sweet. On the nose you experience the sweetness of vanilla, sweet dried apricots, cinnamon and cloves with roses coming in. Sweetness envelopes your mouth with wonderful dried apricots, peaches, vanilla and caramel. This wine is balanced well with acidity so the sweetness is not overbearing. For sushi and cajon lovers alike. This wine really compliments each cusine very well. Try something very spicy and you will see. 120 cases produced.
